The location of Oldham Theory Test Centre for car, motorcycle and HGV/LGV candidates is:

If you’re travelling by car, limited parking is available outside the test centre.
The Central Bus Station is approximately a 22 minute walk from the test centre, which is 1.2 miles away.
There is no train service within reach of the test centre, but trams are available from Oldham Mumps which is 0.5 miles from the test centre, taking approximately 11 minutes to walk.
The test centre is situated on the ground floor of Whitney Court.
If you need to contact the theory test centre, you must get in touch with the DVSA who manage theory test bookings. The telephone number is 0300 200 1122. The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
